Leadership Team

Joining DPhiE has given me opportunities to challenge myself and grow in ways I never expected. Over the years, the support of this sisterhood has encouraged me to take on new roles and challenges that helped me build confidence and develop leadership skills that will continue to serve me throughout my life. These experiences have been so rewarding, and I’m so grateful for the forever friendships I’ve made.

I chose DPhiE because a close friend encouraged me to give it a chance, and I’m so glad that I did. Ever since I got initiated I’ve felt the support and love from all those who welcomed me into the sorority. Being part of DPhiE has helped me grow, build confidence, and form friendships I truly value. What started off as a simple conversation, persuading me to attend a recruitment event, has turned into an experience I’m grateful for every day.

As someone who never grew up with sisters, being a part of DPHIE has been such an impactful experience that has taught me so much about community, and what it means to be a university student. Driven by years of tradition, DPHIE taught me what positive, impactful leadership can look like, and how I can best how true to our ideals (Justice, Sisterhood, and Love) as I navigate the professional world. In a world so distanced from the traditions of community, I'm forever grateful for the friends I've made, and would recommend DPHIE to anyone interested in growth, fun times, and becoming the best YOU, you can be!

For me, our chapter is a home away from home, a support system in a city where I have no family. I’ve been able to grow into a ‘real’ adult in a safe space, while making lifelong friends. All the while, the organization allows to make a positive impact and hone my leadership skills.
