DPHIE offers a variety of professional, personal, and social development programming opportunities to assist our members.

Our International Leadership Forum (ILF) is biannual international conference held for our members to come together and share ideas that would benefit the organization as a whole.

DPHIE also offers the virtual Social Justice Series which allows the space for members to discuss current social justice issues with professionals related to the topics at hand and the Team Excellence series.

The Team Excellence series provides leadership development and training from seasons professionals to our leadership team members for them to better understand how to be effective for leaders for their chapter.
