Recruitment

Individuals come to university from all across the country, and oftentimes the world, to seek higher education and the opportunity to discover their passions, hone them, and to become the best versions of themselves. Delta Phi Epsilon is more than just an organization; it’s an opportunity for our members to do this through our commitment to our academics, social involvement in the Concordia community, and the unbreakable bonds we have forged with every single person. We aspire to be the most authentic and genuine versions of ourselves possible. DPhiE means having a support system and making lifelong friendships. Each member of DPhiE is unique and we are made up of a group of well-rounded, dedicated and fun individuals who want to make a difference in their university experience. With an active network of 110 chapters and over 67,000 members internationally, the opportunities are endless.

Ollie Stowe

"Incredible opportunity to develop leadership skills in a safe and supportive environment. DPhiE has a variety of members, who are all interesting to talk to, learn from, and spend time with."

Lamia Abou karam

"I always knew I wanted to join a sorority when I'd be at university. Why? Sisterhood! My favorite part of being in a university is having all the people around me and having these connections. Doing philanthropy together, going to socials together, and even just being there for each other in any situation. You know your girls will have your back <3"

Kyra Johnson

"When I originally joined DPhiE I was just following in my mother’s footsteps, but I was blessed to find an amazing group of girls that are now like family. DPhiE has been a great place to meet people who challenge me to become my best self, and open me up to new experiences"
